The company is presently owned and managed by a 3 partner team, each of whom brings a different skill-set resulting in an efficient merger of strengths and talents.

All three are involved in the company's day to day operations.

Two distinct departments are responsible for FIT and GROUP requests.

All services are handled by an experienced, knowledgeable, and highly professional staff. Having been raised, or lived in a country other than the United States, most speak at least one language other than English fluently, and are knowledgeable of foreign cultures. Everyone at AgenTours is definitely familiar with the tastes and needs of all our foreign clients.

The Management:


President: Stephan Dornberg Born in Germany, having lived and worked internationally (Europe, Latin America, South Pacific), Stephan has been involved in the travel industry for his entire professional life. He joined AgenTours in 1979, and currently oversees the production of the company’s marketing materials, and manages the information systems and company finances.		Vice President: Jocelyne de Groot A native of France, Jocelyne holds a degree in Social Sciences from the University of Paris. She started a career in the airline and travel industries after moving to California and joined Agentours in 1992. Among her responsibilities in the company are sales and client relations, with frequent trips for client outreach and international trade shows.		Vice President: Jeff Hollander A California native, Jeff holds a degree in Political Economics from U.C. Berkeley. Before joining the company in 1988, he traveled extensively throughout the Western U.S., and offers Agentours and its clients unparalleled expertise of the territory. He is responsible for product development, special itineraries, and incentive programs.

The Staff:


Group Department: Ross Graham Formerly an actor of stage and screen, Ross left a busy career in the performing arts to join the world of tour and travel. He has a degree in Theatre Arts and Communications, lived and worked many years in Monte Carlo and Provence, where he learned his French, and returned to join Agentours in 1996.	Convention Sales: Nathalie de Roche Nathalie joined AgenTours at the beginning of 2001 to develop the newly created Convention Department. Raised in France, Nathalie holds a degree in Tourism from the University of Aix-Marseille and settled in California after traveling extensively in various parts of the world. She brings the necessary skills and destination knowledge to successfully manage room blocks for citywide medical conventions throughout the entire U.S.A.	Group Department: Tatjana Gruner Born and raised in German, Tatjana studied in Bremen and UCLA and holds a BA in Geography. She worked as an environmental consultant and later as a tour guide in the Southwest and Hawaii and has 5 years experience as operations manager of a local "green" tour company. Tatjana has traveled extensively and lived in Brazil where she learned Portuguese to complement her English and native German, enhancing our ability to serve our international clientele. Tatjana joined the AgenTours team in 2010..

Group Department: Katrin Mueller Growing up in Chicago with frequent family trips to Germany, Katrin quickly developed a keen interest in cultures, languages and travel. Her bilingual upbringing (in English and German) and educational focus on languages and philology complemented her passion for travel. A lifelong dual national and global citizen at heart, Katrin made San Francisco her home 18 years ago, and has since been applying her interests and knowledge in a variety of functions in the travel industry. Whether at her desk or out exploring the natural beauty of her chosen home, Katrin is only an email away ready to assist you.	Group Department: Ania Woodworth Ania grew up in Poland and studied at the Academy of Physical Education in Krakow, where she received her Masters degree in Tourism. Ania has traveled extensively throughout Europe and the United States, and has spent part of her career working in the travel industry in New York and London, and now in San Francisco. She joined the AgenTours team in September 2011.	FIT Department: Gabrielle Esteve Gabrielle was born and raised in France where she studied Tourism. She holds a Bachelor Degree in International Tourism Management from the University of Cergy Pontoise. She lived and worked in Paris and then on the French Riviera before moving to the U.S. In the last 11 years, she travelled extensively through California, Nevada, Arizona, Hawaii and Florida. Gabrielle first joined AgenTours in 2008 as an intern in the FIT Department. Subsequently she returned and re-joined the AgenTours team as the supervisor of the FIT Department.
